• "Slow Motion" was originally released with only the chorus, due to concerns about its lyrical content. Soon thereafter, Elektra Records re-released Blue with an instrumental version. However, the full version of the song was released everywhere outside of the States and found its way around the Internet, and people began to request the song at every show. In the summer of 2006, Rhino Records released the compilation A Collection, which features the full version of the song, with all lyrics included.

• After the fadeout of "Darwin," there is about 12 minutes of silence, and then a hidden track, an extended coda of "The Red Summer Sun."
